Life is full of new events and situations. This term was different for me from the start, as I switched institutions. Now, I was mature enough, and it was the time for me to learn better things and get ready for the next level.
At the beginning of this term, I was scared and a little bit nervous about new teachers, classmates and the environment, but their behaviour and cooperation made me feel relaxed. As I remember from the first day, the teachers attended their periods, and I enjoyed all of them.
This term, we had a lengthy syllabus, and our school offered the opportunity to choose a few subjects from our own. I was impatient to learn math and science, however, I enjoyed the most in History class because of my eagerness to know more about the rich culture and heritage of our ancestors. I could remember on my first day of school, we had been taken to the library in the English class for reading books. Then, we practised some creative writing which was entertaining for me. In this term, we had been given a lot of homework, especially in mathematics, as its syllabus was lengthy compared to the rest of the subjects.
Apart from joining swimming classes after school, I hooked on karate classes to learn self-defence techniques. Besides, I participated in swimming competitions and got trophies as a reward. I also played for a football club from time to time.
Those first days of experience had left a great impression on my mind; I never missed my History classes and enjoyed them the most. As a result, I scored the highest in it.
In conclusion, this session got over. I made quite a lot of new friends and had a good time with them. Anyway, so far so good!
